Food Designer, Clare Anne O’ Keeffe, has created a contemporary menu directly inspired by the history and artistry of the house itself.

You will enjoy modern dishes that reflect the building’s medieval structure, its Tudor-era craftsmanship, and its Renaissance garden.

This special menu is accompanied by a sommelier-curated drinks flight, with each drink chosen to complement the food.
